KPMG Internship Program 2021/2022 is out. This Internship Programme is for Undergraduate and Graduate 2021 is out. We wish to announce to all interested candidates that KPMG – a global network of professional firms has commenced applications for her 2021 undergraduates and graduates internship program. The KPMG industrial training placement / Internship period is for a minimum of 6 weeks and runs yearly from June till September. Therefore, all candidates who meet the criteria below are advised to apply for this 2021 KPMG Internship Program.

KPMG Internship 2021 for Undergraduates and Graduates

KPMG is offering eligible undergraduate and postgraduate students an opportunity to work in a challenging, fast-paced yet value-adding environment. The expectation is that this program will enable successful applicants to acquire useful skills and competencies in our core business areas and service offerings. This will also position high-performing interns for future employment opportunities.
KPMG is looking to hire young students with strong motivation to learn and work with our team of professionals in order to gain insight and practical knowledge of our businesses.

Eligibility Requirements for KPMG Internship

To be eligible, all applicants must:
  1. Be below 24 years of age.
  2. Have a minimum of 5 credits at SSCE( or its equivalent) in one sitting (Mathematics and English inclusive).
  3. Have a minimum of Second Class Upper Division in any discipline.
  4. Must not be the first or final year of study at the university.
  5. Pass an essay writing and interview assessment.
  6. Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a team.

To be eligible, all applicants must:
  • Be below 26 years of age
  • Have a minimum of 5 credits at SSCE (or its equivalent) in one sitting (Mathematics and English inclusive).
  • Have a minimum of Second Class Upper Division in any discipline – Transcript required showing CGPA
  • Be currently undergoing a Master’s degree program.
  • Pass the KPMG Graduate Aptitude test and Essay.
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and an ability to work in a team.

Duration for the Graduate Internship Program 2020

The summer internship period is for a minimum of 6 weeks and runs yearly from June till September. Please note that selection is based on performance and subject to manpower needs.

Selection Procedure for 2019 KPMG Internship

KPMG Undergraduate Internship

Stage 1: Online Application Form
This should be completed on the company website and is your chance to tell us about yourself, including your academic background, relevant employment history and work experience.
Stage 2: Online Essay Assessment
Upon review of your application, you will receive an email with an Essay question centred around the Core Values of the firm. The essay is to be completed and sent back as stated in the question. It is designed to ensure your values are aligned with that of the firms.
Stage 3: Telephone Interview
Upon successful completion of the essay assessment, a prescheduled telephone interview with a recruiter will be held. It will consist of a mixture of competency-based questions, and other questions centred around information enlisted on your CV regarding Work Experience and Education. This way, we can get to know you and you can get to know us.
Stage 4: Offer Letter
An offer letter will be sent to you, with clarification on your preferred unit, start and end dates.

KPMG Graduate Internship

This is a test designed to explore the candidate’s knowledge and skillset on suitability for the job. The test is GMAT based.

The essence of a Situational Judgment Test (SJT) is to assess how you will approach various scenarios that may potentially occur within the KPMG workspace. For each situation, a number of responses will be provided and candidates must judge the most eective course of action.
Stage 4: Interview
The interview process consists of an:
Assessment Center and One-on-One Interview
This is a combination of tasks and activities including group activities that test your overall suitability for the job with an interview to determine if you are the right candidate for the job
Stage 5: Offer Letter
An offer letter will be sent to you, with clarification on your preferred unit, start and end dates.
